By enrolling in any program, course, bootcamp, workshop, or digital product (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Narley K Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Client” or “Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Payments & Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.

  • If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. Missed or declined payments remain your responsibility until paid.

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: Narley K Coaching LLC. does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Article 2: Placing Order & Intellectual Property

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

All materials provided during or after the Services (including videos, audios, workbooks, guides, and written content) are the exclusive property of Narley K Coaching LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or claim ownership of any materials, in part or whole, for personal gain or for your own clients.

Sharing login information, files, or program access with non-paying individuals is strictly prohibited.

Article 3: Price & Guarantees

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

Narley K (Coach) makes no guarantees regarding specific financial, business, or personal results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, actions, and implementation of the material.

Testimonials or case studies are examples only and do not represent a promise of your results.

Article 4: Not Mental Health Advice

Narley K Coaching LLC. and its representatives are not licensed mental health practitioners, therapists, or medical professionals.

The Services are educational and coaching in nature, and not a substitute for mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

If you require medical or mental health support, please contact a licensed professional.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability

By participating in this program, you release Narley Karikari (Coach) and Narley K Coaching LLC (Company) from any liability for damages, losses, or injuries (emotional, financial, or otherwise) arising from your participation.

Article 6: Agreement

By purchasing and participating in any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
